A Fun Focus Exercise to Increase Your Power to Focus!

AKMA Family, we've developed this super-cool and fun exercise to help your kids practice focus and strengthen their focus muscle! They can practice this anywhere! The more they practice, the stronger they'll get. How it works: The practice stimulates the nerves that activate the parasympathetic nervous system. In other words, it calms the nerves so they can better focus on a task - any task - including homework or chores. Have them practice right before homework, any class, or before any task. Tips: Have your child practice breathing in and out through the nose. And Have them practice breathing into the lower belly while doing this exercise. Try it!
