Parents, if you want to build your child’s confidence, then start with their self-belief.
Self-Belief Framework
1. Know yourself. Self-awareness. What do you want to become? Who do you want to be?
2. Positive self-talk. Attitude. Watch those negative conversations with yourself.
3. Courage. Face fears. Have courage.
One of our first things is to start working with our student’s self-belief. We do that in the very first lesson. We then carry it through every class.
As soon as a child starts to believe in themselves and gets a positive self-image, the sky is the limit!
