What Do You See?

I took a photo of one of our classes.
What do you see?
As an instructor, I see at least 17 things wrong…
But wait what is that on the board?
Where My Focus Goes, My Energy Flows!
Do you ever start off by seeing what is wrong before you see what is right? It makes a difference!
I see 17 kids full of FOCUS, not one of them is not 100% in the class. I see 17 kids making a great deal of effort to improve their own individual skills. I see action. I see concentration. I see motivation and determination.
